Bharat Patel – Chairman and Founder

Currently, Bharat resides in Irving, Texas, where he enjoys quality time with his loving family.

Nandini Tiwari – President

Nandini’s remarkable journey in the hospitality industry commenced over 20 years ago at the Holiday Inn Express Plano, where she began as a guest service manager and swiftly progressed to the role of General Manager. Presently, she holds a pivotal position overseeing the development of hotels under the esteemed LCM umbrella. Her responsibilities encompass negotiating Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) and overseeing the renovation of acquired assets in accordance with PIP guidelines. Nandini adeptly manages all aspects of design and construction, leveraging her expertise to drive success in the industry.

Nandini’s unwavering commitment to excellence has resulted in the formulation of winning strategies that elevate our hotels, both in terms of design and construction, as well as revenue generation. She possesses a profound understanding of the creative utilization of space to optimize investor return on investment (ROI).

With comprehensive knowledge spanning all facets of hotel operations, including new property openings, Nandini has played a pivotal role in guiding several hotels to achieve multiple award-winning distinctions across esteemed national brands.

Nitin Tiwari – CEO

With over 20 years of invaluable industry experience and a distinguished M.B.A from the University of Sydney, Australia, Nitin has excelled in various significant roles, including Sales Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, and ultimately, owner and president of multiple hotels. Nitin’s exceptional expertise encompasses renowned hospitality brands such as Hilton, IHG, Choice Hotels International, Wyndham, and Laquinta.

During the formative years of his career, Nitin garnered a wealth of experience in sales and marketing while working with esteemed brands such as Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, and Laquinta. This invaluable experience has empowered him to craft effective strategies for building, operating, and managing profitable entities across the management company.

Nitin’s dedication to both the community and the industry is exemplified through his active involvement on several community and brand-focused panels, which have spearheaded transformative changes within the hospitality sector. A true advocate of social responsibility, Nitin generously volunteers his free time to numerous deserving community projects.

Tanmay Patel (CHO)- Acquisition Manager

Tanmay, based in Dallas, assumes a pivotal role overseeing the operations of all our properties in the Texas and Midwest regions. His primary focus lies in crafting the overall strategic direction and planning efforts for each property under his purview. Tanmay directs and guides the management team, ensuring smooth operations, executing renovations, brand conversions, and driving the company’s development within the established regions.

Furthermore, Tanmay’s industry leadership extends beyond our company as he serves on the Board of Directors for AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Association), the largest hotel owners association in the world. This prestigious position allows him to contribute his expertise and insights to shape the direction and initiatives of the association, fostering growth and advancement within the hospitality industry.

With a keen eye for operational management, Tanmay evaluates existing and proposed systems and procedures, implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency. He establishes the overall direction and strategic initiatives for the region, working diligently to drive growth and success. Tanmay’s extensive business acumen and leadership experience, coupled with his involvement in industry organizations, position him as a highly effective division head, adept at overseeing multifaceted operations.

Shawn Patel – Regional Operational manager

Director of Hotel Operations with 10+ years of experience leading multi-property portfolios across top brands including IHG, Choice Hotels, and Wyndham. Expert in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction while ensuring brand compliance and financial performance. Demonstrated success achieving 20%+ revenue increases, significant improvements in guest experience metrics, and optimized operational margins through strategic planning, team leadership, and process  improvement. Recognized for a hands-on yet visionary leadership style that aligns property operations with corporate goals and long-term business growth.c Shawn as tremendous experience working as GM for many years, so he understands how the operational side works very well.

Laura Lewis – Regional Sales & Marketing

Results-driven Area Sales Director with over 20 years of progressive experience in hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management across major hotel brands including IHG, Choice Hotels, and Wyndham. Proven success in leading multi-property sales operations throughout West Texas and the Permian Basin region, driving consistent revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and market development. Skilled in building strong partnerships with corporate clients, community organizations, and brand stakeholders to enhance visibility and market share. Adept at developing and executing sales strategies, managing budgets, analyzing competitive markets, and optimizing revenue performance. Recognized for exceptional communication, customer service, and leadership abilities that inspire cohesive, results-oriented teams and strengthen long-term client relationships. Laura Graduated from Sul Ross State University, Alpine, Texas Ag Business/Marketing: Bachelor of Science (BS).

Diana Ortiz- Director of Sales

Diana Ortiz is an experienced Marketing and Management Sales Leader in the Hospitality Industry. Driven by an entrepreneurial strength she takes pride in providing the best customer service and sales possible. Diana was born in Lubbock and is a Texas Tech University Alumni, her Masters in Business Administration and her 38 years of sales and management experience help meet her Budget Goals while providing an excellent guest experience for the Hotel. In addition to her primary job functions Diana has been recognized by the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Association of Women for her extraordinary commitment in Community Service Outreach.

Jignesh Patel- Accounting Mananger

Jignesh, our esteemed Accounting Manager at Las Colinas Hospitality Management LLC, plays a critical role in overseeing all financial aspects of our company. With a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices, he contributes to top-level planning and risk management, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Collaborating closely with the Corporate Controller, Jignesh leads the accounting process, overseeing various essential tasks such as preparing and auditing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, managing accounts payable, assisting in budget implementation, processing payroll, and handling tax returns. Additionally, Jignesh takes charge of establishing company-wide accounting protocols, ensuring consistency and accuracy across our financial operations.

With his extensive expertise in accounting and financial services, Jignesh demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. His contributions are vital to maintaining the financial integrity and success of our organization.

Manasha Sharma – Chief Financial Officer

Manasha is responsible for the day-to-day operational financial activities of all hotels within Las Colinas Hosp Management managed portfolio. She directs the preparation of monthly and quarterly financials, forecasts future operating results and cash management and is responsible for the company’s accounting infrastructure that utilizes information technologies. She also leads the transitional accounting efforts for newly acquired assets and oversees the corporate accounting staff. all corporate financial activities of HMC including the procurement and administration of
all corporate and property group insurance programs, retirement benefit programs.
